I have been in the insurance industry for 31 years and have owned the agencies for 15 years. My mentor was my Father-in-law, Bill Biddy and he was an agent for 42 years. Our motto at the agencies is, “We’re here to MAKE GOOD THINGS HAPPEN FOR OTHER PEOPLE”. Helping customers protect and secure their future is what I enjoy most about my job. We always want our customers to walk out of the agency with that secure feeling that we have their back!
I grew up in Lubbock, Texas and went to Frenship High School. I met my awesome wife in college at Texas Tech University – Go Red Raiders! On the weekends I like to watch the grandkids play their sports. I work on our home allot and things like that are fun to do when I am away from the office. I like to play golf, even though I don’t play as much as I’d like. I believe that one of my talents is barbecuing, I really enjoy doing that.
When it comes to volunteering, we have an agent in our area that lost a child to a very rare disease. We support Team Brock and we are very passionate about that. I support all activities that involve our future, which is our children.

I have been working in the office with my father since he opened the doors and joined the team full time after I graduated from college in 2008. I have learned a lot over the years and plan on continuing to grow. I enjoy working with people and with their insurance needs. I like the family atmosphere that we represent and our customers know that we care about them.
I was born in Lubbock, Texas and grew up in central Texas. I played college soccer and graduated from Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches. My family! I have a wonderful husband and three beautiful children that I love more than life! I enjoy being outdoors, going on any type of vacation and hanging out with my family and friends. I enjoy crafting in my spare time and making things for friends and family.

I have over 40 years of experience helping families, with financial products. I enjoy working with younger families, to working with retirees and people working towards retirement. My father drowned when I was 9, he did not have any life insurance. I did not intend on going into this business, but when I delivered my first death claim, and the surviving spouse did not have to leave the home and was able to raise children in the same neighborhood. I had made the correct career.
Grew up in California, moved to Texas, in 1983. Great move. You can find me spending time with my family, children, and four grandchildren. I love watching the grandkids play sports. I play golf.
I am in the Knights of Columbus and work as a volunteer at some of the Townsend Agency volunteering events.

Born and raised in Georgetown, I later moved to Granger to raise my daughters and enjoy the small-town lifestyle.
I’ve been in the insurance industry since 2015 and have worked with the Townsend Agency for eight years. I enjoy connecting with people and educating them about their insurance. I specialize in General Lines Property and Casualty, which reflects my qualifications and experience. I love helping people save money by guiding them to better understand their coverages, and I’ve been part of the community my entire life.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me chasing my girls to their activities and spending time outdoors with my family.
I’m involved in the Granger Youth Athletic Association and The Granger All Sports Booster Club, supporting local kids and helping them excel in what they love.

I have worked in insurance all my life. I worked in Claims for 32 years then retired. Then I came to work for the Townsend Agency 8 years ago. Folks that is a total of 40 wonderful years! I get excited about finding solutions to difficult problems and helping our customers in any way I can.
I grew up in Dimmitt, TX. then went to Draughon’s Business school in Lubbock. I am a movie buff. I enjoy going to the movies every weekend. If it’s the weekend I am watching a football game on TV or I am at a football game. I enjoy baking. Give me a recipe and I can bake you anything you want!

I have been with The Townsend Agency since 2012. Most of my life was spent in Houston, TX, and the DFW area, but my family roots are in west Texas. I love the convenient lifestyle, and the people are fantastic.
I am blessed with three beautiful children. You will always hear me speaking of their accomplishments. I love to share with others what God has done in my life. Family-friendly weekend road trips are my favorite kind of weekend.
I am passionate about community and always open to new ways to serve. I am also the founder of a non-profit organization that aids under-privileged girls to attend their Prom, formerly known as Prom Fairy Foundation, now listed as Closet 31. I recently turned it over to another wonderful west Texas native in Snyder, TX. The Foundation is set to meet their dress, hair, and make-up needs for any formal event.

I was born and raised in Synder, TX. I attended Synder high and most of my family resides here in Synder. I enjoy fishing and camping. I am a huge Dallas Cowboys fan so I love going to games. I am very big on Chuch and just getting around family and friends for fellowship. When I’m not working, you will find me at a lake. On the weekends we like to get all of our friends together to eat, fellowship, and play games.
