For most of us, not knowing where our next meal may come from may seem like a distant reality. Nonetheless, for many Texans, this reality is an ongoing struggle.

We have seen firsthand how devastating an unexpected illness or even an abrupt loss of employment of a breadwinner can put a toll on the lives of families and thus putting their nutrition and food security at risk. We believe no family should worry about putting food on their tables especially during the holiday season and in winter. That’s why we will be supporting our local food pantry

1 in 5 kids goes hungry every day due to a lack of resources from their families and we hope to reverse these statistics by supporting the Food Bank of West Central Texas. This organization provides direct assistance to so many local food pantry distribution centers to make sure the people who need it get the help they deserve. The Food Bank of West Central Texas serves 13 counties helping more than 50,000 people who live in poverty and too often miss meals or experience hunger. Many of them are working-poor families with needy children, seniors subsisting on fixed incomes, or even your neighbors recovering from a disaster.
